Why can't I find my Tapo camera on the app?
If you are using Wi-Fi, please check if the camera has successfully connected to the router. Check the DHCP settings on your router and ensure that the DHCP Server is enabled. Verify if any firewall or security settings are blocking the connection to the Cloud Server. Using a public DNS server may improve the connection
