Latest update: New tools and technology to label AI-generated content
A new tool has been launched on TikTok to allow creators to label their synthetic videos. This tool is available now to all creators upon downloading the app, encouraging creators to better follow TikTok’s current policy around synthetic videos. Once labeled, a message that reads “creator labeled as AI-generated” will be displayed below the username on the video for everyone to see. In addition, all TikTok effects that use AI are renamed by including explicit “AI” in their names.
