Latest Update: First credit card
TymeBank has launched its first credit card with the aim of fulfilling customers’ needs and diversifying customer profile. Customers who own the card will be able to earn Pick n Pay Smart Shopper points every time they shop. Those who sign up successfully before 30 April 2022 will also enjoy an exclusive launch offer. To qualify for the credit card, applicants must be 18 years or older, employed and earn R3,000 or more per month. The easiest way to apply for the card is to download the TymeBank app and complete the application through the app.

I shopped online using my TymeBank card but would like a refund. What do I do?
- Refunds are processed by the store you bought from but not by TymeBank. Please refer to the retailers’ Refund Policy to see what steps you need to take.
How do I get a Proof of Banking letter?
- You can now get a Proof of Banking letter sent directly to your email address from the app. If you don’t have an email address linked to your account, please add one to your profile by clicking the profile icon and selecting “Change email".
- Using Internet Banking, click your EveryDay account and then “Proof of Account”. It will immediately be sent to your email address.
